Can't say enough good things about Hook & Ladder Gutters! They saved my house from possible water damage after another company improperly installed brand new gutters and refused to take responsibility for poor quality work done by subcontracters. Scott provided excellent customer service by clearly communicating what needed to be done to repair my gutters and the total cost. He showed up on the day scheduled and although the job was "much more challenging than anticipated", Scott showed integrity and great workmanship by completing the additional labor without increasing the charge. He made sure my gutters were actually repaired! And he checked back a week or so later to see if all was well but I had to wait until a storm came through. If my videos upload you can see the difference between really bad gutter installation (I won't mention the roofing company here) and honest, quality work done by employees not subcontractors, that have integrity, skill, and knowledge.
